Here's How it Works
When you schedule an appointment with our Service Center to have your Lincoln attended to, we'll come to a location of your choosing -- at a time of your choosing -- to pick your vehicle up. Once the work is finished, we'll then drop your freshly washed vehicle back off to you after first notifying you that a dealer-designated driver is headed to the location you've selected. Meanwhile, while your Lincoln is at our Randolph, NJ location, we'll provide you with a complimentary loaner Lincoln model to use. No matter whether you want us to come to Parsippany, Dover, NJ, Morristown, NJ, or Denville, we're happy to deliver this service to you.
Lincoln Pickup & Delivery is offered for owners of 2017 and newer model year Lincoln vehicles. Service is offered for both retail and warranty repairs, so feel free to inquire with us for more details.
